What is Ghriba?
Ghriba makes scented candles named after Moroccan cities: Casablanca, Tangier, Fes and Marrakech. We are based in Amsterdam.
What does each candle smell like?
Casablanca is green tea. Tangier is driftwood. Fes is vanilla tobacco. Marrakech is warm sand.
How big are the candles?
Each candle weighs about 180 g and comes in a clear glass jar, packed in a box.
Where are they made?
Our candles are made in France.
How do I burn my candle well?
On the first burn, let the wax melt to the edge of the glass. Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use. Burn for no more than 3 to 4 hours at a time, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Where do you ship?
To the Netherlands and every other country in the European Union.
What does shipping cost?
Netherlands €6.50, free from €75. Belgium €9.95. Germany €11.95. Rest of the EU €16.95.
How long does delivery take?
Once sent, usually 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and 2 to 5 working days in the rest of the EU. You receive a tracking link by email.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving it. See our Returns page for how it works.
My candle arrived damaged. What now?
Send a photo to hello@ghriba.com and we will replace it or refund you.
