Where we ship
We send every order from Amsterdam. We deliver to the Netherlands and to all other countries in the European Union.
Shipping rates
- Netherlands: €6.50. Free for orders of €75 or more.
- Belgium: €9.95
- Germany: €11.95
- Rest of the EU: €16.95
All prices include VAT. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change our rates at any time; the rate shown at checkout applies to your order.
Delivery
Orders are sent with tracked delivery by DHL or PostNL. You receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves us.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and 2 to 5 working days in the rest of the EU after dispatch. These times are indicative. A delay does not entitle you to compensation. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your purchase, you may cancel it for a full refund.
Your address
You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we send it again once you have paid the new shipping cost. If you prefer a refund, we deduct the original shipping cost and the carrier's return cost.
Damaged in transit
Check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, send a photo of the candle and the packaging to hello@ghriba.com within 48 hours, so that we can claim from the carrier. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled.
